Express Payment Requests are showing error messages but please ignore these as the requests are being received. The error relates to the email confirmation only. 

The company will be closing early on Tuesday 16th September at 2pm for all staff training across all departments. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 17th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

The deadline for express requests on the 16th September will be 1 PM.

 

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

We’re reducing selected fixed rates

We wanted to let you know that we’re making the following rate reductions on Thursday 24 July.

Purchase
    • 95% 2 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver will be reduced by 0.10%, to 4.94%.
    • 95% 5 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver will be reduced by 0.10%, to 4.69%.
Remortgage
    • Selected 2 year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.15%, starting from 4.09%.
    • Selected 5 year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.05%, starting from 4.11%.
BTL
    • 75% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with 1% fee will be reduced by 0.05%, to 4.09%.
    • 75% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with 3% fee will be reduced by 0.07%, to 3.75%.
Product Transfer
    • 1 year fixed rates will be reduced by 0.15%, starting from 4.99%.
    • Selected 2 & 3 year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.15%, starting from 3.74%.
    • Selected 5 year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.12%, starting from 3.78%. 

 

 

IMPORTANT: If a previously submitted Product Transfer is due to complete 31/07/25, it is too close to the completion date for us to process a product switch in time.

Product Switch requests for accounts due to complete on 31/07/25 will be rejected as this would result in your client being charged an SVR payment in August.
