A homeowner recently contacted us via their mortgage broker, seeking a solution to over £60,000 in unsecured debt.
They were paying over £2,000 p/m on debt servicing alone (on top of their mortgage), so they sought to remortgage in order to raise capital to pay off the unsecured debt and reduce their monthly outgoings.
We helped the client reduce their monthly expenses by over £1,700 – and completed the deal in just 19 days
The loan was secured on for £340,381 at 72% LTV on a longer loan term (32 years) that further helped reduce the client’s monthly financial burden.
