Zephyr Homeloans Product Update
As you’re a valued partner, we’re giving you and your brokers advance notice that our 2,5,& 7 year fixed rate deals will be increasing on Wednesday 29th June. We will write again on Wednesday to confirm all the details.
In addition to the rate reprice, on Wednesday 29th June, we’re also simplifying our range by removing the 0% and 1.5% product fee options on our 2 and 5 year fixed rates. These were much less popular than those with a 2% product fee, which have lower initial rates. All our products will continue to have no application fee.

To secure the current rates before they increase, brokers will need to have submitted a full mortgage application by 5pm on Tuesday 28th June.
We’ll update sourcing systems and our own website on Wednesday morning. We’ll also send you another email with our updated Product Range guide, to confirm all the new rates.
