Plus and XLTV No ERC and Simplified Approach to Bank Statements
Thanks for your continued support, we have more good news to share. We’ve broadened our product range today by introducing more No ERC products. We’ve also simplified our approach to reviewing bank statements.
No ERC Products
We’re pleased to announce that we’ve launched 5-Year Fixed No ERC on our XLTV and Plus ranges today. Both are available to the maximum LTV permitted on each range, i.e. 100% and 80% respectively. These additions complement our Prime 5-Year Fixed No ERC, which were re-introduced in April.
The new products and rates are available in SWAN from today, Thursday 26th June. Pipeline cases will be unaffected. Existing cases need to be rekeyed as a new application to take advantage of these changes.
Bank Statement Review
We’ve simplified our approach to reviewing bank statements. If we request bank statements, you no longer need to complete the bank statement review spreadsheet. Please follow the attached Guidance on how to check the bank statements before submitting them to us.
