Reductions to Residential Rates
We have made rate reductions across our standard residential (including later life customers) and our expat residential rates too.
Residential
- 80% LTV – repayment rates reduced by up to 35bps.
- 80% LTV – interest only rates reduced by up to 11bps.
- Introduction of a new 5 year fixed rate on interest only.
- 90% LTV – repayment rates reduced by up to 50bps.
Expat Residential
- 80% LTV – repayment rates reduced by up to 15bps
- 80% LTV – interest only rates reduced by up to 20bps.
