The company will be closing early on Tuesday 16th September at 2pm for all staff training across all departments. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 17th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

Changes to our product range

On Monday 23 November, we’re making the following changes to our product range:

First time buyer products including New Build and Shared Equity / Shared Ownership

  • 2 year fixed rate £999 and £1499 fee products at 75-80% loan to value (LTV) will become available up to 85% LTV
  • All current range of product end dates and complete by dates extended by three months of the relevant year

Homemover products including New Build and Shared Equity / Shared Ownership

  • All current range of product end dates and complete by dates extended by three months of the relevant year

Remortgage products

  • All current range of product end dates and complete by dates extended by three months of the relevant year
