JOINT REPRESENTATION
Now available through our panel of conveyancers who have extensive knowledge of the commercial, semi-commercial, buy to let and bridging sectors.
Benefits of joint representation:
ü Streamlined communication as the same solicitor acts on behalf of both parties.
ü Completions are typically faster due to less paperwork and more efficient processes.
ü Your clients have more control over legal costs – we’ve removed the fee scale, and fees can now be confirmed by quotation directly with their chosen firm.
To proceed with joint representation your client should select one of the firms from our updated panel. We’ll instruct this firm to act on behalf of InterBay and they’ll also act for your client.
