Mortgage Product Updates
We’re making some changes to our new lending and existing customer mortgage range. These changes affect new mortgage applications, new rate switch applications and new additional borrowing applications only.
Key Product Updates – New Lending
Selected Residential fixed rates reduced by up to 0.12%.
Selected Interest Only rates reduced by up to 0.10%.
Selected Retirement Interest Only rates reduced by up to 0.10%.
New Residential rates introduced.
Residential 2 and 3-year End Dates extended to October.
Key Product Updates – Existing Customer
Selected Residential rates reduced by up to 0.40%.
Residential 2 and 3-year End Dates extended to October.
Selected Second Home products increased and end date extended to September.
Rate Switch applications can be submitted eight full working days before the end of the current month in order for the new product to start on the 1st of the following month. Read our rate switch FAQs for more information.
