Product transfers now available to brokers
Product transfers are now available for brokers across our entire mortgage range with a 0.20% procuration fee.
Existing borrowers can choose exclusive products, when we write to them, from four months prior to their current deal expiring. There are no fees involved with switching products and our current range of products can be accessed from the links below.
Borrowers and brokers will need to complete a Mortgage Product Transfer Authority Form to grant authority for the broker to offer advice on the transfer.
When we write to existing borrowers, we inform them that they can have a broker act on their behalf, and if you intend to contact any customers as their current deal is set to expire, please feel free check our available products via the links above.
