Urgent-Molo Finance Pricing Changes
Molo  Finance is closing a number of  rates across our Product range  and launching New Rates from Wednesday 13th April
 
Applications for closing Products will need to be submitted by close of business Tuesday 12th April
 
Summary:
  • Individual Rates – All rates increased
  • Limited Company – All 65% and 75% LTV rates increased
  • HMO – All 2 year rates increased
Products will close: Tuesday 12 April 2022
Products will launch: Wednesday 13 April 2022.
 
Please find attached a revised Product matrix reflecting the changes and sourcing systems will be updated accordingly.
