We are delighted to announce the launch of an additional Norton Home Loans (NHL) Secured Loan Product (2nd Charge Mortgage).
New Product Information:
- New Product Plan AHLTV.
- Maximum Loan Amount £100k.
- Maximum LTV to include both lender & broker fees 80%LTV.
- Repayment Periods, Variable, 1, 3 & 5 Year Fixed Terms.
There are no other changes to NHL’s existing product range.
The new product will go live on NHL’s web document site on Thursday 20th January at about 10.30AM.
