Update Overview

Another 4 day week down and another set of product withdrawals, rate increases and decreases and the odd product range refresh. Along with the news that the Bank of England Base rate has increased yet again, by another 0.25%, so it now sits at 4.50%.

Skipton Building Society have launched their 5 year fixed rate up to  100% LTV product for First Time Buyer who are currently renting.
