Please find attached our revised mortgage package which will take effect on 11th August 2023. We are delighted to advise you of the following changes:
- Re-introduction of 85% products for Foreign Currency House Purchase & Re-Mortgage
- 2 Year Fixed Rate products at 80% LTV for House Purchase & Re-Mortgage now available up to 85% LTV
You will note the new products are identified in red on the attached document.
Please note that our Standard Variable Rate will increase to 8.74% (from 8.49%) from 1st September 2023
