Debt Consolidation for the nation from Tandem Bank
We recently Tandem received an application for a client who was looking to consolidate close to £50,000 of unsecured debt.
The client had several debts which were being maintained, but as the debt to income ratio was over 80% and the client needed 90% LTV, this was a case which needed a lender who took the time to understand the client’s situation and help put them in a better position financially.
Tandem were able to help consolidate the clients debt and at the same time, save the client in the region of £460 a month, putting them in a much stronger position. Tandem can help with the following:
- Debt Consolidation up to 90% LTV with a maximum of £60,000 unsecured debt
- There is no Debt to income ratio but a cap of a maximum of £100,000 unsecured debt (excluding car finance)
