[NEW] Energy Efficiency Further Advance mortgage
From today, Thursday 18 June, we have introduced a new Energy Efficiency Further Advance with a market leading rate of 2.99%.
If your client wants to improve their property’s energy efficiency, they could borrow more on their existing mortgage with our Energy Efficiency Further Advance.
- Products are available across our buy to let, large portfolio and limited company product ranges
- Products come with a choice of 2 and 5 year fixed options, all priced at a market leading 2.99%
- All products come with a free valuation
These new products will replace the Green Further Advance range.
