Rate reductions
From tomorrow, Wednesday 15 November, we’re reducing selected rates across our New Business and Switcher product range by up to 0.30%.
This gives landlords the options to secure a fixed rate below 4.5% for up to 5 years.
Reductions apply to both our smaller and larger portfolio landlord alike. These build on our recent enhancements to our Portfolio Landlords affordability assessment.
