Important news from TSB: We’re making changes to our Residential and Buy to Let products.
I wanted to let you know that on Friday 7 May, we’re making changes to a selection of our Residential and Buy to Let products:
Residential:
We’re reducing rates on:
- 5 Year Fixed (5 Year ERC) 0-75% LTV Remortgage ,£1,495 fee, by 0.10%
Buy to Let:
We’re introducing:
- 2 Year Tracker 60-70% LTV House Purchase and Remortgage products.
We’re reducing rates on Buy to Let House Purchase and Remortgage:
- 2 and 5 Year Fixed, 0-60% LTV, £995 fee, by up to 0.10%
- 10 Year Fixed, 0-60% LTV, by 0.10%.
- 10 Year Fixed, 60-75% LTV, £0 fee, by 0.90%.
We’re increasing rates on:
- BTL House Purchase and Remortgage 10 Year Fixed 60-75% LTV rates with £995 fee increased by 0.05%
And we’re moving product end dates out to the end of September.
We’re replacing:
- 2 & 5 Year Fixed (Including 3 Year ERC) 60-75% LTV House Purchase and Remortgage products with 60-70% and 70-75% LTV products.
