Important news from TSB: Improvements to Residential and Buy to Let products
TSB is making improvements to Residential products and extending the end dates on all Buy to Let
products, effective from Friday 10 September 2021.
A summary of the changes:
Buy to Let end dates extended to December
Residential
Reduced rates on:
- 2 year fixed First Time Buyer and House Purchase, 80-95% LTV with £995 fee, by up to 0.20%
Buy to Let
Reduced rates on:
- 2 year fixed House Purchase and Remortgage, by up to 0.45%
- 5 year Fixed (3 & 5 Year ERC) House Purchase and Remortgage, by up to 0.40%
- 10 year fixed House Purchase and Remortgage, by up to 0.55%
- 2 year Tracker House Purchase and Remortgage, by up to 0.35%
