Important news from TSB: Changes to Residential products…
TSB has made changes to their Residential products which include selective rate reductions, with 2 year reduced by up to 0.20% and 5 year reduced by up to 0.55%.
New Residential products have been introduced and end dates extended to February.
Products introduced:
- First Time Buyer and House Purchase 3 year fixed (3 Year ERC)
- 10 year fixed (5 Year ERC), 75-80% LTV and 80-85% LTV, replacing the 75-85% LTV products
- 10 year fixed (10 Year ERC) Shared Ownership
- 2 year and 5 year fixed, 85-90% LTV products
Remortgage
- 3 year fixed (3 Year ERC)
- 10 year fixed (5 Year ERC), 75-80% LTV and 80-85% LTV products, which replace the 75-85% LTV products
- 10 year fixed (10 Year ERC)
Products withdrawn:
- 3 year fixed (2 Year ERC), First Time Buyer, House Purchase and Remortgage, £995 fee products
- 5 year fixed (3 Year ERC) First Time Buyer, House Purchase and Remortgage, £995 fee products.
Brokers will be informed of product withdrawals on Monday 11 October at 10:00am and asked to submit applications for these products by 8pm on Tuesday 12 October as they won’t be available after this time.
