TSB Mortgage Product Guides are available here but check the date to ensure it has been updated to reflect the announcements below.

TSB is making changes to a selection of Residential products effective from Friday 18 June.

Rates reduced:

  • 2 year fixed First Time Buyer and House Purchase, 80-90% LTV, by 0.15%
  • 2 year fixed Remortgage, 0-60% LTV with £995 fee, by 0.10%
  • 2 year fixed Remortgage, 60-75% LTV with £1,495 and £995 fee, by 0.10%

All brokers registered with TSB will be contacted to let them know about the changes. All existing applications must be submitted by 8pm on 17 June, as they will not be available after this time.

You can now quickly and easily access employer’s and accountant’s reference forms on the TSB Intermediary Website.Acting on broker feedback TSB has added the forms to make it easier for brokers to send a link or download and forward to employers or accountants earlier in the application process, saving valuable time. This means more cases will be accepted on affordability first time because income figures from the reference form can be keyed before the application is submitted, improving accuracy. Once completed and returned, via email, directly to the broker, the form can be uploaded to the case, quickly and easily. Brokers no longer need to wait for the reference to be requested by our processing team after submitting the case, call us to check if the form has been returned, or take back control of the case to amend income details if there is a discrepancy. New website featuresWe’ve added more new features to our website. Take a look at our home page for Service Updates with current application processing, underwriting and call waiting times, a News Page with the most recent product and criteria updates and features from our mortgage experts. Broker SupportAnd, to help you find information quickly, we’ve created a new Broker Support section, with answers to common questions, useful guides and TSB Mortgage Pro Hints and Tips. Brokers will be informed about these improvements on Monday 14 June. If you have any questions please contact your National Account Manager.
