Product Withdrawal Notice

We are writing to advise you that we are making changes to our Residential product range and these changes will be implemented: Overnight on Tuesday 21st March

This is a further step in improving Pepper Money’s mortgage range, following the recent introduction of £350 cashback for remortgages and our retention range, these changes ensure we provide your customers with a greater choice of mortgage products.

To secure one of our existing products, please ensure you have submitted your Decision in Principle to “DIP Illustration Produced” status with your chosen product selected by: 5pm on Tuesday 21st March

Full Mortgage Applications for this withdrawn range must be submitted with fees paid by: 5pm on Monday 27th March

We regret that we will not be able to honour any cases that miss these deadlines.

Changes to our Residential range

We are happy to inform you that we have reduced rates across our Residential & DMP ranges by as much as 0.90% and introduced a 70% LTV tier on Pepper 36 products starting from 6.75%.

These products are ideal for your customers with larger deposits and complement the recent launch of our £350 fee-assisted cash back offer and retention range.
