Update Overview

Following on from last week, we can see a few lenders increase their rates. Accord have brought out a new tool to help evaluate new build deals. Lenders such as Fleet, Furness, HSBC, Principality, Skipton & Vida are making criteria and product changes and enhancements. Vida launch an 85% LTV Residential Packager exclusive available via Brilliant Solutions.
