We continue to see the rate reductions this week.  A few new products being added to some ranges and a couple of lenders amending and making improvements to criteria.

Newcastle RESI WITHDRAWAL - 1.97% dicounted rate until 30 Sept 2023
Nottingham RESI CHANGES - reductions across a selection of residential product and introduction of 2 new 90% LTV products. Amendments to BTL criteria in relation to being a owner occupier at time of application and income evidence
Pepper BTL, RESI CHANGES - reprice of products with enhanced LTVs and cashback. Improved criteria
Principality RESI REDUCTIONS - to a selection of products
Santander RESI REDUCTIONS - to a number of higher LTV fixed rate products
Skipton BTL, RESI REDUCTIONS - across residential & BTL fixed ranges
TMW BTL CHANGES - updated rates on a select number of products. New purchase only Ltd Co free legals range luanched
