Update Overview

This week sees a number of lenders introducing and relaunching products.  These include Fleet’s new Limited Liability Partnership product range, Harpenden’s new joint borrower sole proprietor products, Precise’s relaunched BTL range with the return of top slicing and the introduction of lower rates, refunded valuations and cashback and Virgin’s new Greener mortgages just to mention a few.  In addition to these we are seeing new higher LTV products being relaunched along with price refreshes many of which brings rate reductions.
