Limited Edition – Fixed Fee 5 Year BTL
We have reduced price on our existing fixed fee (£1,995) Limited Edition range, with each initial rate being reduced by 10bps:
- BTL 2 year 75% 3.14%
- BTL 5 year 75% 3.39%
- BTL 2 year 75% HMO 3.29%
- BTL 5 year 75% HMO 3.64%
Key USP’s for these Limited Edition BTLs are:
- Loans up to £1,000,000.

- No minimum income.
