This week we can see several criteria changes being made by many lenders such as Aldermore, Dudley, Metro, Natwest, Progressive & United Trust Bank. Buckinghamshire Building Society have launched a new affordability calculator. The Monetary Policy Committee has also decided to increase the Bank of England Base Rate to 0.25%.
